Welcome to SWMALL as a member. The membership services of SWMALL (hereinafter referred to as membership services) refer to the services provided by Shuei Wu SWMALL Enterprise Group (hereinafter referred to as our Company), and all users who have applied for the usage of membership services (hereinafter referred to as members) should carefully read the following terms and conditions, whose purpose of establishment is to protect the rights and interests of the provider of membership services as well as all users and constitutes an agreement between the provider of membership services and the user. The act of users’ completing the registration formalities or starting to use the membership services provided by SWMALL is regarded as acknowledgement and fully agreement to abide by the related regulations of these terms and conditions.

Membership services
The period of membership services refers to the period when membership services become available to the designated date of usage once our Company completes the relevant system settings after the user has filled in the application form and completed the registration procedure.
As the functions provided by membership services and all other rights and interests bestowed upon the member are still owned by our Company or other legal obligees, members are not allowed to transfer, lease, lend or provide howsoever to any third party except for exercising the rights in accordance with the regulations of these terms of use during the period of membership service.
Membership services are only provided according to the functions and conditions available at the time; our Company reserves the right to append, modify or cancel all or part of the rights of the related function or system within the membership service.
Account number, password and security
You will need to go through a complete registration process during which full and accurate information must be filled out before becoming a qualified member to use our membership services.
The e-mail account number is regarded as the data of authentication during the process of registration, and you will have to be responsible for all conduct and actions carried out via this account and password.

User behavior
It is required that you comply with the relevant laws and regulations and take full responsibility for all conducts and actions carried out via this account and password. You must agree not to pursue the following behaviors:

Our Company assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused by the use itself of the available membership service. This is also applicable to the suggested notifications clearly made by our Company.
Service suspension or interruption
Our Company holds the right to suspend or cut off the entire or part of the service in any of the following situations and assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred to the users:
The relevant software and hardware devices of this service are under maintenance, repair, relocation, replacement or upgrading process.
Users’ violation of government regulations or terms of use.
Interruption or suspension of services due to natural disasters or other force majeure.
Interruption or suspension of services due to other reasons not attributable to our Company.
Termination of service
Our Company may stop to provide the entire or part of the membership service based on company operation. Users do not hold the right to claim damages for this reason.
If you breach these terms of use, our Company reserves the right to temporarily stop providing services or terminate the right of offering membership services at any time. Users do not hold the right to claim compensation for any losses.
Right to modify these terms of use
Our Company holds the right to modify the usage regulations of membership services at any time. The modified terms of use of SWMALL membership services will be posted directly on the website without sending notification to users individually.
Governing laws and jurisdiction
The interpretation, supplement and application of the terms of this agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan.
